Despite its cozy size, the cabin boasts all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay for two. Kitchen & Dining: * A fully equipped kitchen with a full-size stove and refrigerator. * Keurig coffee machine for your morning brew. * All the cooking essentials you need to prepare meals. * Please note: There is no indoor dining table or dishwasher. * Enjoy alfresco dining on the patio, complete with a BBQ grill and a fire pit for cozy evenings. Storage: * Space is limited and there are no closets, but we provide two luggage racks for your convenience.

Guests will have private access to the entire Knotty Shack tiny cabin, including the private hot tub, patio, BBQ grill, and fire pit area. You will also have access to the shared community lake, where you can fish, swim, or simply soak up the sun. Explore the surrounding hiking trails and enjoy the stunning natural beauty of the Ashford area. We aim to give our guests complete privacy to enjoy their retreat. We will not be present during your stay, but our local contact is just a phone call away should you need anything. In the event of a power outage, our own communication may be delayed, but our local support remains available to assist you. * Seasonal Road Closures: FOREST ROAD 52 / SKATE CREEK ROAD, which travels between Packwood and Elbe, is often closed, especially during the winter months. Please check road conditions before traveling. * Power & Internet: Being in the mountains, power and internet can be intermittent due to weather. However, the Knotty Shack is equipped with a built-in generator, so you won't have to worry about power outages! You can even enjoy the hot tub during an outage. The cabin also has fiber optic internet. * Security: For your security and ours, a camera is installed on the exterior of the cabin, pointing at the driveway.

I wish I could give this place an 11/10 stars! This place was the most amazing little cabin getaway. They really thought of everything, from stocking the kitchen with all the cooking staples to the thoughtful decor and design touches to towels, hiking poles, blankets, and more. This is one of my very favorite places I have ever stayed and we travel quite a bit. Washer & dryer, full kitchen, bug spray, little keychains for a souvenir, easy access to the park, comfy bed, TV and wifi, and nestled on a quiet little road, this place was a little safe haven for us. Nothing!

Le Knotty Shack est une très belle découverte, totalement conforme aux photos et à la description de Booking. La cabine est très cosy, et remarquablement bien équipée : il ne manque absolument rien, tout y est (même la lessive pour la machine ou une brosse à dents de secours au cas où !). La cabine est idéalement située pour profiter du parc national du Mont Rainier, tout en étant très au calme, éloignée de la route principale. Le jacuzzi est un vrai plus après une longue journée de randonnée (parfois dans la neige !). Il y a le wifi. Je recommande sans hésiter. RAS

The cabin is in an amazing location, it's was very nice, very cozy, clean. I will absolutely tell everyone about this place. They had a basket of snacks that my son loved very much. The hot tub was a nice touch.

Very clear check-in instructions, a great outdoor hot tub, a good gas grill with lots of options, nice firewood for the fire, and everything you need for the kitchen. Everything was clean and tidy, and the house was warm. We really enjoyed it.

Beautiful little cabin, very cosy and comfortable. The hot tub was lovely on a cold day. The location was great for Mt Rainier (even if the weather meant we never got to see the mountain itself). Kitchen facilities were brilliant. The cabin was tricky to find in the dark, we arrived just as a storm hit and the sat nav directions ended just down the street. Maybe providing a 'what three words' location could help with it being a bit remote. Easy to access once you get there though. TV wasn't great with the wifi. Even when the wifi worked fine streaming on our phones, the TV struggled.

This cute little cabin was everything I needed in a space. I was traveling for work which involved a lot of hiking and driving around Mt Rainier National Park. The location was perfect for this. The cabin was well stocked, great kitchen supplies, from spices to pots and pans and even plastic bags to put your sandwiches or leftovers in! The bed was comfortable and the hot tub was perfect! I loved the wood paneling on everything and the best theme was adorable! Not really anything I didn’t like. The internet was slow, but that’s to be expected with a rural cabin. I know this going into places so it wasn’t a huge deal, but it does make streaming on the tv difficult.

Very nice atmosphere/ surroundings and would recommend this place to anyone!! Cutest cabin home ever!! The hosts were wonderful and provided us with great info about their home. We will be back hopefully sometime soon!!
